Like many other charities, The Hospice of St. Francis has to raise a huge amount of money every year to keep providing this essential service to a large part of Hertfordshire and beyond. Part of this is raised through their high street charity shops. These shops were beginning to look tired and uninviting, so we were asked if we could help create a retail experience to attract existing and new customers to their various locations.
Action
With the high street becoming ever-more competitive, the client wanted to deliver a warm, inviting, informal retail shopping experience which would compete with any other designer clothes or product shop on the high street. We developed a brand visual and verbal identity called “Love to Give”.
Result
The reaction from customers has been amazing, with an immediate spike in sales that has continued post launch. The format is now being rolled out to all of their stores across the region.
