The delivery needed to be fast, innovative, customer focused and pragmatic. We worked on all aspects of the brand – from the brand proposition, to the external signage, sales promotion, internal navigation – even down to the ticketing principles.
Result
The new flagship store was opened on time and on budget. The customer feedback was unbelievable and sales rose by over 15% immediately. Our work is now being rolled out across the entire estate.
